Redefining Real-Time Data Delivery

Mission-Critical Video, Delivered in Real Time

Treseder AI optimizes real-time video delivery to eliminate freezes, ensuring resilient, mission-critical performance in contested and degraded environments.

ReliaPlay delivers reliable, low-latency video across ISR operations, unmanned systems, tactical communications, and edge AI platforms—maintaining performance even when links are congested, contested, or interference-prone.

Real-Time Delivery

How ReliaPlay Works

Real-time video and audio systems rely on continuous packet delivery between a platform and its operator. On lossy RF and SATCOM links, packet loss is common—causing freezes, dropped frames, and degraded situational awareness.

Most operators don't run application-layer FEC at all—when packets drop, video freezes. They compensate with expensive hardware: higher-power radios, multi-link bonding, SATCOM upgrades, and power amplifiers, which help but still fail under transient interference, congestion spikes, or jamming. A few operators try alternatives, but each has known limits: retransmissions spike latency past the real-time deadline, and fixed within-frame FEC (like WebRTC's) confines parity to one frame at a time—forcing high overhead to handle bursts, and still freezing when a burst exceeds that overhead.

ReliaPlay takes a different approach: real-time, AI-driven network estimation adapts redundancy frame-by-frame and codes across frames—reducing freezes and tail latency on contested, congested, and interference-prone links within a configurable bandwidth budget.

The Problem

Contested & Degraded Networks

Packet loss is endemic to real-world RF and SATCOM links, and it strikes in bursts. It isn't just a bandwidth problem: high-throughput links like LEO SATCOM, with plenty of bandwidth, still drop packets in bursts whenever the channel degrades, while bandwidth-limited radios pushed to the edge of range fare even worse. In real-time video, audio, and telemetry, there is no time to wait for retransmissions and no graceful way to skip lost data: video freezes, telemetry lags, and operators lose the situational awareness they need to make timely decisions.

The Solution

ReliaPlay

ReliaPlay was built for these conditions. Instead of fixed overhead or expensive hardware, our tech intelligently optimizes packet protection in real time—dynamically, frame-by-frame, based on live network conditions—eliminating unnecessary freezes and lowering the tail latency while reducing bandwidth usage. In lab testing against the industry's gold-standard FEC—the same class of code used by leaders like Microsoft and Meta, and far stronger than the FEC behind WebRTC—ReliaPlay delivered 10.9× fewer freezes, 14.8% lower bandwidth usage, and recovered 97.8% of frames within a single frame interval—all without requiring costly hardware changes.

The Results

Reliable Communications

With ReliaPlay, the result is a consistent, usable data flow between the operator and platform—even on links that would traditionally degrade or fail. UAV operators maintain continuous visual contact with their aircraft instead of dealing with freezes or delayed frames, enabling confident navigation, targeting, and situational awareness throughout the mission.

For UGVs, operators maintain reliable command and control over rough terrain and contested RF environments, where intermittent connectivity would otherwise force unsafe disruptions in operations.

For tactical radio links, voice and video remain intelligible under jamming, congestion, and bursts of interference that would otherwise force operators to fall back on garbled audio or interrupted feeds—keeping command posts, dismounted teams, and forward operators in continuous contact.

And just as importantly, onboard and edge AI models receive uninterrupted video streams—so inference runs smoothly, without disruption from lost frames or latency spikes, leading to more accurate, more responsive AI (e.g., better motion tracking).
